Payment & Terms

Prices

All prices stated are per person in New Zealand dollars and include 15% Goods & Services Tax (GST). Prices are correct at the date of publication but are subject to change.

Provisional Bookings, Payment and Cancellation

Provisional reservations may be held for 48 hours if the scheduled date of tour departure is more than 28 days away. 50% deposit required to confirm a tour.  Full payment or the balance  is required at least 48 hours before the commencement of the tour.

Payment may be made by Paypal or by telegraphic transfer bank deposit to Bank of New Zealand (please contact me for account details). Bookings cancelled more than 21 days in advance of scheduled departure incur no cancellation charges. Cancellations between 21 and 2 days of scheduled departure incur a fee of 10% of the total booking cost. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled tour departure are non-refundable. No refund is available for cancelled or unused tour portions after the tour has commenced.

Routes, Itineraries & Services

Zou Zou Limited reserves the right to alter tour routes, itineraries, visited attractions and other services as dictated by operational demands (e.g. road works, seasonal attraction closures etc) or any other factor outside direct control (e.g. weather, act of God, etc.). ZouZou Limited reserves the right to substitute any published activity or visitor attraction with another of similar quality at the sole discretion of the tour manager or guide.

I have a few experienced hand picked drivers and guides who are available.  Other drivers and guides will only be used after consultation with you and they may suit your requirements specially where larger groups are concerned.

 
Limit of Liability

ZouZou Limited will not be liable for any property loss or damage, and/or any damages resulting in death or personal injury that may arise out of these tours or activities.

ZouZou Limited and their agents and representatives are not responsible and expressly disclaim any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay, change in itinerary or schedules, shortened tour time, additional expense, inconvenience or irregularity, whether to person or property, incurred during the tour in connection with or relating to any act by the client or member of the client’s party.

Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in these prices and guests are recommended to obtain suitable cover, including medical (accident and/or sickness) and baggage, before arrival in New Zealand.

Smoking

Under the provisions of the Smoke-free Environments Act 1990 (and the Smoke-free Environments Amendment Act 2003), smoking is not permitted at any time in any of our vehicles.

Personal Privacy

Any information supplied to us will be used solely for the purpose of providing our products or services. We will not sell, rent or otherwise make available to any third-party any of your personal information unless required to do so by New Zealand law or by the order of any other regulatory body.
