How do I book a Tour?
     Choose a tour and contact me by email.
     I get back to you with the itinerary and price.
     When you are happy complete payment by Paypal or directly into the Bank of New Zealand 

How do I pay for a tour?
     You can pay either using Paypal or directly into the  Bank of New Zealand

How do I know if you are available?
     First check the calendar which is constantly being updated.  
     Then email me because even if I am booked I maybe able to help you.

I want to change something about the tour, how can I do that?
     That is fine.  It is your tour, just let me know and I will do my best to make it happen.

I have more than 2 or 4 people, how will that work?
     Contact me by email.  I may be able to obtain a different vehicle and adjust the tour for you.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
     Please see ZouZou's Terms and Conditions page.
     Then contact me by email to amend or cancel the booking.

What happens if you are not there to pick me up?
     Please make sure you are at the correct location.
     I will email you a few days before hand to double check our arrangement.
     You will also have received emergency contact details in case of an unexpected emergency.

I have dietary requirements or health concerns so what will happen?
    Just let me know.  I can cater for all diets and the tour will take into account your health and ability.

What about insurance?
     You will need your own travel insurance.  However, ZouZou has public liability insurance in New Zealand so you are covered in              situations that require this coverage.
